2. What the Grievance Officer handles
Product quality complaints; delivery and logistics grievances; refund and return disputes; data privacy requests (access, deletion, correction); content takedown requests relating to intellectual property or defamation; accessibility complaints; any other consumer complaint not resolved by our regular support team.
3. How to lodge a grievance
Email grievance@tenderma-india.com with: (a) your full name and contact details; (b) a clear description of the grievance; (c) order number (if applicable); (d) supporting photographs or documents; (e) what resolution you are seeking.
4. Response timelines
Acknowledgement of your grievance: within 48 hours. Resolution: within 30 days. Where a matter is particularly complex and requires more time, we will communicate the extended timeline and the reason, in writing.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to:
• National Consumer Helpline: 1800-11-4000 — consumerhelpline.gov.in
• Consumer Commission (District / State / National): under the Consumer Protection Act 2019
• CCPA (Central Consumer Protection Authority): for unfair trade practices or misleading claims
• Data Protection Board of India: for DPDP Act-related grievances (once operational)
